Contact form

The contact form is free to use. You can submit an enquiry and receive a reply. Submitting the form does not place an order or create a design contract. We agree the scope and price separately and enter into contracts only in person at the studio. Before a contract is signed, we identify the contracting party and provide the relevant information about the terms and consumer rights; the form does not replace this step. Use of the form service starts when you begin using it and ends when you submit your enquiry. You can stop before submitting by closing the page.

Requirements and rules

You need an internet connection, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled and an email address where we can reply. Analytics cookies are not required to contact us. Provide accurate details and do not submit unlawful content, spam or other people’s data without authorisation. Do not send sensitive data or identity documents through the form.

Problems and complaints about the operation of the form

To report a problem, email us using the contact address provided. Describe the error, when it occurred and how we can contact you. We will respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If the form is unavailable, you can contact us directly by phone or email.

Materials and designs

Visualisations present design concepts; photos of completed projects show the completed interiors. The final scope of the project, products, prices and availability require individual agreement. The materials on the website are subject to the rights of their respective owners.
